Join us for a locally inspired alfresco lunch on the verandah of the majestic Grand Victorian.
Klaus W. Reif pairs his favorite summer wines with recipes from ‘locavore’ Lynn Ogryzlo’s book ‘Niagara Cooks’. This winemaker’s luncheon will be prepared using only the
freshest ingredients from the Niagara Peninsula.

Savour the Sights at Jackson-Triggs Niagara Estate Winery
Enjoy a five course gourmet dinner with wine and served in picturesque locations throughout the winery.
The first course, a selection of assorted hors d’oeuvres and sparkling wine, are served in our Great Hall.
Second course in the Atrium of our fermentation room.
Next, enter the Tasting Gallery with its view of the vineyard and enjoy the third course.
The fourth course will be served at candlelit tables amidst oak barrels in our vaulted ceiling Barrel Cellar.
Finally, a sweet ending to your dining experience as you enjoy the fifth course in our Estate Lounge, overlooking our picturesque vineyard and open air amphitheatre.
