Payments:
Cash (US/Cdn), cheque or traveler’s cheque. A deposit of 50%/night is required to confirm a booking, payable by cash, credit card or cheque. We accept credit cards for the deposit but request cheque, cash or debit for final payment.
Cancellation: Fifteen day cancellation notice prior to arrival is required to receive a deposit refund, minus $30.00 Administration charges. Full payment is charged on notification of fourteen days or less unless we are able to rebook the room/s for the dates requested. We will do our best to rebook the room/s, to avoid this charge. Please note, cancellations will only be taken over the phone.
For one night bookings, we reserve the right to change a selected room to accommodate long stays.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. however, you may register and pick up the key anytime after 11:00 a.m. If you plan to arrive before 3:00 p.m. or after 6:00 p.m., please inform us to enable us to accommodate you accordingly.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
